Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales experience in club channel, with direct experience managing major club retailers
  • Proven track record opening new distribution points and negotiating complex contracts in club retail environments
  • Strong understanding of club channel economics, merchandising strategies, and operational requirements
  • Experience developing channel-specific packaging, product offerings, and marketing strategies for club retail
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proficient with retail data analysis tools (SPINS, Circana, Nielsen, IRI) and Microsoft Office suite including advanced PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred
  • Passion for health and nutrition with deep product knowledge and industry expertise
  • Strong storytelling skills to craft compelling narratives for buyers and stakeholders
