- Track and analyze sales performance, competitive trends, and market opportunities using retail data tools and club-specific metrics
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and brand teams to ensure seamless execution across club channel requirements
- Navigate complex club retail terms, promotional structures, and operational requirements to secure favorable business arrangements
- Drive strategic initiatives to expand club presence and achieve aggressive growth targets in this high-volume channel
Requirements
- 7+ years of sales experience in club channel, with direct experience managing major club retailers
- Proven track record opening new distribution points and negotiating complex contracts in club retail environments
- Strong understanding of club channel economics, merchandising strategies, and operational requirements
- Experience developing channel-specific packaging, product offerings, and marketing strategies for club retail
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Proficient with retail data analysis tools (SPINS, Circana, Nielsen, IRI) and Microsoft Office suite including advanced PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred
- Passion for health and nutrition with deep product knowledge and industry expertise
- Strong storytelling skills to craft compelling narratives for buyers and stakeholders
