About the role

Utilize various data sources to conduct in-depth analysis of Customer Advocacy performance and identify trends
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports providing visibility into KPIs for Customer Advocacy towers
Engage regularly with Customer Advocacy Pillar leaders to validate, ensure relevance, and drive action on insights
Onboard new team members in the effective use of analytics tools and reporting processes
Collaborate with third-party data providers to deliver analyses and identify prioritization opportunities
Partner with Training, Business Systems, Data Analytics, and CA Operations teams to align analytics efforts with business goals
Support special projects to improve commercial performance and expand operational capabilities
Contribute to building and enhancing Dexcom’s Customer Advocacy Operations analytics infrastructure

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
Minimum of 5-8 years related experience (or Master’s degree with 2-5 years, or PhD with 0-2 years)
Proven experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or related analytical role
Proficient in tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and other sales-related technologies
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong command of Microsoft Office tools—Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
Comfortable working with large, complex and diverse data sets
Self-starter able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Collaborative mindset and experience working cross-functionally
May have experience with third-party medical data providers (IQVIA, GERS, Binley’s)
Prior experience in the Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical industries is a strong advantage
