About the role
- Drive acquisition and growth for LogMeIn B2B SaaS IT products (Resolve, Rescue, Pro, Central, Miradore, GoToMyPC)
- Own paid media strategy and execution across paid search, display, paid social and affiliates with full budget responsibility
- Lead and optimize paid search, paid social, programmatic/display, and affiliate campaigns across multiple brands
- Manage multi-million-dollar budgets, media planning, forecasting, and pacing for maximum ROI
- Build and implement test-and-learn strategies; drive experimentation and optimization
- Analyze and communicate results with dashboards and clear recommendations
- Partner with integrated marketing, product marketing, web, and analytics to improve creative, conversion rates and end-to-end tracking
- Manage vendors/agencies and ensure compliance with privacy and brand standards
- Report to Sr. Director of Digital Growth Marketing
Requirements
- 5–10 years hands-on experience driving B2B digital acquisition (search, paid social, display, affiliate) at scale
- Strong results in trial/pipeline/revenue growth and ROI improvement
- Platform expertise: Google Ads, SA360, Microsoft, DV360 or The Trade Desk, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit
- Experience with affiliate networks (Impact optional)
- Advanced analytic and optimization skills; experience with GA4, Looker/Tableau, Excel
- Experience improving creative, landing pages and conversion rates
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets, media planning, forecasting, and pacing
- Experience managing vendors/agencies and ensuring compliance with privacy and brand standards
- Remote-centric role; Eastern Time Zone preferred
