Create strategic prospecting cadences to include cold calls, email, social media and other communication channels
Generate leads through target account selling, inbound leads, and outbound cold calling
Proactively seek new business opportunities including: conducting engaging sales conversations to understand client needs, showcasing the value of our solutions, and converting leads into qualified opportunities
Collaborate with Marketing on event and ABM campaign follow-ups
Identify the gaps keeping prospects from achieving their goals and suggest appropriate products to help them achieve their desired state
Understand sales processes and our value proposition
Provide accurate weekly sales forecasts
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
1-3 yrs of SDR / BDR experience in B2B SaaS with quantified results (meetings & pipeline)
Strong Communication skills- written and verbal
Strong networking and relationship building ability
Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, small team environment
Self starter that is willing to wear multiple hats
