💰 $125,000 - $175,000 per year
About the role
- Own the end-to-end pursuit process: identify opportunities, qualify and vet them, mobilize pursuit teams, lead pitches, and secure wins
- Serve as the external-facing growth leader representing GMR with prospective clients and across Omnicom
- Act as strategist, operator, and relationship-builder at the intersection of creativity and commerce
- Lead intake and vetting of new business and build client relationships in priority sectors
- Influence and guide multi-agency partnerships and integrated growth initiatives and promote multi-agency collaborations
- Mentor and lead the Growth Enablement Manager and strengthen pursuit processes
- Set the gold standard for pipeline management, rigorous OTracker use, and adherence to the 5-Gate pursuit model
- Work side-by-side with senior executives across Strategy, Creative, and Client Delivery to craft winning strategies, unforgettable pitches, and impactful solutions
Requirements
- Proven success in business development, growth strategy, or consulting in experiential, advertising, media, or related industries
- Lead the intake and vetting of new business and pursue opportunities that fit strategy and have high success potential
- Build new client relationships in priority sectors and turn whitespace opportunities into revenue with compelling growth strategies
- Senior-level credibility, commercial acumen, and a proven ability to open new doors
- Influence and guide multi-agency partnerships and integrated growth initiatives
- Represent company in Omnicom business development forums and promote multi-agency collaborations
- Mentor and lead the Growth Enablement Manager, strengthening pursuit processes and developing future leadership
- Expert market research and intelligence experience
- Experience with pipeline management, rigorous OTracker use, and best-practice adherence to the 5-Gate pursuit model
- Ability to curate standout case studies and bring proprietary strengths (e.g., SOLE Science™, Purpose-driven work, AI-powered marketing) to life in pitches
- Strong collaboration skills working with senior executives across Strategy, Creative, and Client Delivery
