About the role

  • Build operational tooling and automation leveraging AI to save time and increase efficiency across Tubi
  • Define strategy, success metrics, and quarterly OKRs for internal AI-powered tools and automation
  • Partner with stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, legal, product, engineering, and revenue operations
  • Manage end-to-end product development lifecycle: ideation, requirements gathering, launch, measurement, and iteration
  • Create systems to measure time saved, efficiency gains, and the business impact of the AI tools you build
  • Translate complex AI concepts into clear product requirements and educate partners on how to leverage new tools
  • Manage vendor relationships, internal development sprints, and executive readouts for internal AI initiatives
  • Evangelize AI transformation and embed AI-driven automation across the company

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on building AI/ML-powered products, internal tools, or enterprise SaaS platforms
  • Hands-on experience with modern AI/ML stacks; working knowledge of LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) and vector databases
  • Experience building agentic systems using APIs from providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google
  • Rapid prototyping skills; experience leveraging AI-powered code generation tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot)
  • Demonstrated success launching products that deliver significant automation and efficiency gains at scale
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional and non-technical stakeholders (sales, finance, marketing)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate ambiguous business needs into concrete product requirements
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; able to inspire teams and champion a vision for an AI-driven future
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field–or equivalent relevant experience
