About the role
- Shape the product’s evolution by managing the feature roadmap and prioritizing impactful capabilities.
- Bridge the gap between teams and stakeholders, translating requirements into well-documented, high-value product features.
- Lead dynamic grooming sessions to keep the backlog fresh, organized, and filled with clearly defined features and stories.
- Ensure precision and clarity by fully documenting product features in JIRA, with measurable acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate across teams and technical leaders to identify the best solutions that drive client success.
- Adapt and innovate by taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Define and own overall product vision, strategy, and success metrics for key initiatives
- Analyze and document complex business requirements and processes; constructs conceptual data and process models; develop business requirements
- Additional duties as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience in the technology or media industry
- Minimum 1+ years’ experience in a role demonstrating strong technical, quantitative, and analytical skills
- Minimum 1+ years’ experience in a role exhibiting excellent written and oral communications, effective interpersonal skills, project management, and strong formal presentation abilities
- Expertise in the SDLC process, with a focus on scoping, iteration planning, user story and acceptance criteria writing, rollout management
