About the role
- Conduct phone calls to prospective patients to explain and sell healthcare programs
- Communicate in writing via Whatsapp, Meta Channels, and E-mail to address inquiries
- Use CRM software to manage and stage incoming leads from marketing campaigns
- Greet patients and visitors warmly in-person and via telecommunication
- Cross-sell products for existing patients and identify new sales opportunities
- Use EMR systems to schedule appointments and ensure smooth patient experience
- Maintain clear communication with patients and clinical staff to facilitate patient flow
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage remote visits (blood tests, medication deliveries)
- Monitor patient adherence to follow-up visits and document program milestones and service logs
- Build trust and rapport with patients through personalized service and client relationship management
- Keep up to date with industry trends and product knowledge; conduct product demonstrations and training
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (native like)
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or business
- Minimum 3-4 year experience in healthcare sales or a related field in the UAE
- A proven track record of successful client relationships management
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work weekend shifts, i.e. Saturday & Sunday and public holidays
- Friendly and adaptable attitude
