About the role

  • Prospect, network, and build referral partnerships
  • Run engaging presentations in-person and virtually
  • Close deals in a fast-paced, short-cycle sales process
  • Upsell and expand relationships with existing clients
  • Responsible for prospecting new clients and achieving minimum production requirements including setting first time appointments to secure quota
  • Maintain existing/prospective client records in CRM system (Atlas) including call notes, scheduled client interactions, contact information
  • Continuously build and develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio and fintech industry developments
  • Attend weekly team meetings and weekly one-on-one with your leader
  • Be in the field a minimum of 75% of the time and regularly visit client sites

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Valid drivers license (required to drive to visit client sites)
  • Background check will be conducted after a conditional offer of employment
  • Completion of mandatory drug screening on or near 60th day of employment
  • Live in area relative to job posting location
  • Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 75% of the time
  • High school diploma/GED (preferred)
  • At least two years of relevant experience (preferred)
  • Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • Incentive-driven sales "hunter"
  • Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face
  • Knowledge of Restaurant and/or Retail industry is a plus
  • Experience with CRM systems; maintain records in Atlas (CRM)
