About the role
- Prospect, network, and build referral partnerships
- Run engaging presentations in-person and virtually
- Close deals in a fast-paced, short-cycle sales process
- Upsell and expand relationships with existing clients
- Responsible for prospecting new clients and achieving minimum production requirements including setting first time appointments to secure quota
- Maintain existing/prospective client records in CRM system (Atlas) including call notes, scheduled client interactions, contact information
- Continuously build and develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio and fintech industry developments
- Attend weekly team meetings and weekly one-on-one with your leader
- Be in the field a minimum of 75% of the time and regularly visit client sites
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid drivers license (required to drive to visit client sites)
- Background check will be conducted after a conditional offer of employment
- Completion of mandatory drug screening on or near 60th day of employment
- Live in area relative to job posting location
- Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 75% of the time
- High school diploma/GED (preferred)
- At least two years of relevant experience (preferred)
- Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Incentive-driven sales "hunter"
- Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face
- Knowledge of Restaurant and/or Retail industry is a plus
- Experience with CRM systems; maintain records in Atlas (CRM)
