About the role

  • Prospect, network, and build referral partnerships with built in local bank brands
  • Run engaging presentations in-person and virtually
  • Close deals in a fast-paced, short-cycle sales process
  • Upsell and expand relationships with existing clients
  • Engage in partner activity by visiting assigned financial institutions (FI) branch locations to maintain and build trusted partnerships
  • Foster strong relationships, ensure alignment with branch goals, and serve as a key resource to drive collaboration and success
  • Maintain client records, call notes, scheduled interactions, contact information, and other relevant client information in CRM (Atlas)
  • Responsible for achieving minimum production requirements, including setting first time appointments, to secure quota
  • Continuously build and develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio and industry developments
  • Attend weekly team meetings and weekly one-on-one with your leader
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • This position requires regular driving to visit client sites, therefore a valid drivers license is necessary
  • In accordance with state law, a background check will be conducted after a conditional offer of employment
  • Completion of mandatory drug screening on or near 60th day of employment
  • Live in area relative to job posting location
  • Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 75% of the time
  • High school diploma/GED (preferred)
  • At least two years of relevant experience (preferred)
  • Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • Incentive-driven sales “hunter”
  • Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity
  • High sense of urgency and innate sales talent
  • Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face
  • Knowledge of Restaurant and/or Retail industry is a plus
  • Maintain existing/prospective client records in CRM system; currently Atlas
