About the role
- Prospect, network, and build referral partnerships with built in local bank brands
- Run engaging presentations in-person and virtually
- Close deals in a fast-paced, short-cycle sales process
- Upsell and expand relationships with existing clients
- Engage in partner activity by visiting assigned financial institutions (FI) branch locations to maintain and build trusted partnerships
- Foster strong relationships, ensure alignment with branch goals, and serve as a key resource to drive collaboration and success
- Maintain client records, call notes, scheduled interactions, contact information, and other relevant client information in CRM (Atlas)
- Responsible for achieving minimum production requirements, including setting first time appointments, to secure quota
- Continuously build and develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio and industry developments
- Attend weekly team meetings and weekly one-on-one with your leader
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- This position requires regular driving to visit client sites, therefore a valid drivers license is necessary
- In accordance with state law, a background check will be conducted after a conditional offer of employment
- Completion of mandatory drug screening on or near 60th day of employment
- Live in area relative to job posting location
- Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 75% of the time
- High school diploma/GED (preferred)
- At least two years of relevant experience (preferred)
- Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Incentive-driven sales “hunter”
- Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity
- High sense of urgency and innate sales talent
- Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face
- Knowledge of Restaurant and/or Retail industry is a plus
- Maintain existing/prospective client records in CRM system; currently Atlas
- Annual On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000+
- Base Salary: $40,000+
