Account Executive

• Prospect and run Heartland Point of Sale presentations in-person and over the phone to small and mid-sized merchants and restaurateurs
• Set appointments with business owners via network and referral partnerships
• Uncover client needs, demonstrate cloud-based POS solution, and close sales within a fast sales cycle
• Upsell current clients on other Heartland products and services
• Maintain client records and call notes in CRM (Atlas) and use Salesforce for lead generation and contract processing
• Achieve minimum production requirements and quota, including setting first time appointments
• Receive training accompanied by District Manager and coaching from a Director
• Continuously build product and industry knowledge and attend weekly team meetings and one-on-ones with leader
