Manager

• Gestión continua de una cartera de préstamos sindicados.
• Revisión constante de la documentación financiera y de garantías relacionada con los préstamos sindicados.
• Supervisión de los convenios mediante la recopilación y análisis de estados financieros e información.
• Facilitación de modificaciones contractuales y gestión de la recogida de votos de los prestamistas dentro de los plazos establecidos.
• Participación activa en proyectos de equipo y de la empresa.

Transaction Manager

General Counsel

• Responsible for reviewing and negotiating the legal aspects of transaction documentation
• Co-ordinating transactions through to execution for new business
• Advising on a portfolio of existing deals
• Ensuring all legal and commercial terms and conditions are in place in line with GLAS policies
• Assisting the Business Development team with the structuring of transactions pre-mandate
• Providing legal support for new product development
• Acting as escalation point for legal queries from across the business
• Instructing and managing external counsel
• Assisting with non-standard legal and commercial matters as and when they arise, across a range of jurisdictions and time zones
• Assisting with the development of legal processes and legal training to the business
• Fostering and maintaining key relationships internally across the business and externally with clients, law firms, borrowers, lenders and other related parties

Legal Counsel

• Responsible for the ongoing management of a portfolio of syndicated loans
• Ongoing review of syndicated loan and supporting finance & security documentation
• Covenant monitoring through the collection and analysis of financial statements and information, with immediate distribution and posting of required documentation to the wider lender group, utilising the TSG team where applicable
• Facilitating deal amendments and handling the collection of lender votes within required timeframes
• Facilitating obligor accessions and handling the collection of lender votes within required
• Actively participate and engage in team and company projects
