• Own a portfolio of strategic and enterprise accounts in South Germany, driving both net-new customer acquisition and expansion within existing customers.

• Serve as the senior people partner to GitLab's CRO and Go-to-Market (GTM) executive team, shaping and executing a global talent strategy that supports revenue growth across the GTM organization.
• Collaborate closely with GTM leaders and cross-functional partners to align people initiatives with business performance, GTM execution, retention and organizational effectiveness goals.
• Drive measurable outcomes by defining and tracking key people metrics related to sales productivity, leadership effectiveness, attrition in critical roles, time-to-productivity for new hires, and the impact of talent initiatives on GTM performance.

• Monitor employment law and regulatory changes across the countries where GitLab employs team members, and maintain a clear regulatory change log.
• Lead People compliance programs across the People Division, ensuring tracking, execution, and audit-ready documentation for key jurisdictions, including the United States and EMEA.
• Translate legal and regulatory requirements into practical system and process requirements, and use metrics to assess control effectiveness and reduce compliance risk.
• Advise People Operations leaders, the Global Employment Manager, and People Business Partners on compliance implications for team member lifecycle actions such as relocations, policy exceptions, entity changes, and terminations.

• Lead the technical strategy for GitLab Secrets Manager, setting architecture direction for secure, multi-tenant secrets management at scale.
• Own the integration between GitLab and OpenBao, including namespaces, authentication mechanisms, and policy management.

DevOps Engineer

• Build & Scale Multi-Tenant Infrastructure: Design and implement automation that provisions and manages hundreds of isolated GitLab environments using Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes. Manage complex state strategies and workspace configurations to support scale and maintainability.
• Debug & Resolve Production Issues: Troubleshoot issues across Kubernetes clusters, cloud services, and GitLab apps—identifying root causes of failed deployments, crash loops, and scheduling conflicts to ensure service continuity.

• Establish and execute on a technical roadmap that supports the entire revenue lifecycle.
