• Answer phone calls in Spanish and English according to team priorities
• Communicate with clients and related departments to collect registered debts following SOPs and Work Instructions
• Ensure file management (writings/requests/calls, credit investigations)
• Provide customer service through electronic channels
• Project a positive image of the company and brand
• Implement process improvements and share relevant knowledge with the team
• Verify and update customer information during each telephone exchange
• Negotiate immediate regularization of unpaid invoices (direct debits, credit card collections, etc.)
• Attend training sessions and complete the training plan
• Arrange flexible working schedules with colleagues and assist new colleagues
