About the role
- Optimize and streamline recruiting processes, tools, and systems to support talent acquisition
- Provide data-driven insights to improve efficiency and the overall candidate experience
- Partner with recruiting teams to learn roles and advise/support on process issues
- Advise and troubleshoot process-related issues for recruiting teams
- Manage recruitment systems to ensure accurate candidate tracking, reporting, and database management
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Implement best practices and tools to optimize candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection
- Roll out process changes and lead trainings for recruiting teams
- Assist with development and maintenance of recruitment workflows, templates, and guidelines
- Support implementation and optimization of recruiting software tools
- Act as a liaison between the talent acquisition team and Technology and Operations to solution inefficiencies in the recruitment process
- Expected remote-based role with potential in-office requirement for local candidates (see work arrangement)
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment operations or talent acquisition
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS
- Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools for reporting
- Experience independently leading larger projects, implementations or process enhancements
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
- Preferred: Direct recruiting experience
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Preferred: Workday experience
