About the role
- Co-own the recruiting automation roadmap and prioritize high-impact automation opportunities across sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding
- Translate recruiter and coordinator pain points into automation opportunities and partner with People Innovation Labs for custom builds
- Pilot and scale AI-first workflows; run experiments, measure ROI, and decide when to expand or sunset
- Build lightweight automations and dashboards directly (Airtable automations, Ashby workflows, Snowflake SQL queries, ChatGPT prompts)
- Bridge recruiting and People Innovation Labs to translate needs into requirements and ensure smooth integration
- Streamline processes across Ashby, Juicebox, Airtable, Snowflake, Brighthire, ChatGPT, and custom tooling through automations and connective workflows
- Define success metrics (hours saved, adoption rates, cycle time reductions) and report outcomes to Recruiting leadership
- Drive adoption in partnership with Enablement to ensure new workflows land well with recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators
- Safeguard compliance, legal, and quality standards for automations
Requirements
- 5–7+ years in Recruiting Operations, HR Tech, or adjacent roles
- Expertise with ATS/CRM systems (Ashby strongly preferred)
- Hands-on builder mindset: comfortable shipping automations (Zapier, Airtable scripting, Ashby automations, SQL queries, ChatGPT prompting)
- Proven success in managing cross-functional projects and driving change adoption (program management excellence)
- Strong proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel; SQL/Snowflake or BI experience a plus
- Familiarity with AI tools and how they can be applied in recruiting workflows
- Strong collaboration and influence skills; able to work with technical partners and business users
- Bias for experimentation: comfortable running experiments, measuring ROI, and iterating quickly
- Ability to create lightweight automations and dashboards (Airtable, Ashby, Snowflake, ChatGPT)
- Ensure automations support legal, ethical, and organizational standards
- Ability to work from our US office three days per week (application requirement)
