About the role

  • Manage recruitment, selection, and retention activities
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment: screening, interviewing, reference checks
  • Prepare and send job offer packages
  • Develop and implement HR programs and recruitment services
  • Provide communication and training to management and staff on recruitment and retention
  • Advise management on recruitment, selection, and staffing planning
  • Develop and maintain recruitment and selection policies and procedures
  • Participate in HR projects, career/job fairs, and recruitment initiatives
  • Maintain and update job descriptions and conduct exit interviews
  • Adhere to health and safety policies and support HR-related legislation compliance

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting (in-house is an asset)
  • Familiarity with ATS systems, LinkedIn, social media, sourcing tools
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and aptitude to learn new software and systems
  • Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in a technical field is preferred
