About the role
- Manage recruitment, selection, and retention activities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment: screening, interviewing, reference checks
- Prepare and send job offer packages
- Develop and implement HR programs and recruitment services
- Provide communication and training to management and staff on recruitment and retention
- Advise management on recruitment, selection, and staffing planning
- Develop and maintain recruitment and selection policies and procedures
- Participate in HR projects, career/job fairs, and recruitment initiatives
- Maintain and update job descriptions and conduct exit interviews
- Adhere to health and safety policies and support HR-related legislation compliance
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting (in-house is an asset)
- Familiarity with ATS systems, LinkedIn, social media, sourcing tools
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in a technical field is preferred
