💰 $120,000 - $140,000 per year
About the role
- Secure additional partnerships for existing, new, and upcoming Gauntlet products with Fintechs, Exchanges, Wallets, DeFi protocols, and others
- Define and develop outbound partnership strategies for existing/new products
- Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for pre-launch and post-launch protocols
- Contribute to improving Growth team systems that assist in scaling the sales process
- Nurture opportunities across various key stakeholders
- Work with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Finance teams to validate and optimally position Gauntlet within targeted verticals
Requirements
- 4+ years of work experience with 2+ years of partnerships, BD, or sales experience at a technology company or financial institution
- Experience managing and executing high-volume outbound lead generation campaigns
- Demonstrated experience in structuring and negotiating initial partnership agreements
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Finance teams to ensure successful partnerships
- High-level knowledge of crypto/DeFi with the ability to explain DeFi concepts to non crypto-native audiences
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Hiring reserved for potential employees who are able to work within the contiguous United States and Canada
- Bonus (not required):
- Multi-linguistic: fluent in a second language like Spanish, Portuguese, French, or similar
- Experience using Solana and a network of Solana DeFi protocols
- Strong network of Fintechs, Exchanges, Wallets, or similar
- Active DeFi user
