About the role

  • Lead CaaS sales strategy and execution for Coinbase's Crypto as a Service platform across banks, PSPs, and fintechs
  • Own go-to-market for new product launches, coordinating with product, sales, and leadership
  • Manage executive-level partnership relationships and advise on product and business strategy
  • Build trusted relationships with senior partners at large financial institutions
  • Focus on enabling stablecoin payments across retail, business, and institutional segments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful partnerships and post-launch outcomes

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience selling into fintechs, banks, and PSPs
  • Complex problem solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial mentality and ability to navigate change and turbulence
  • Strategy / vision for how the market will develop, and ability to translate this into product recommendations
  • Extremely strong communication skills, high EQ
  • Ability to navigate technical product and crypto concepts
