Software Engineer

• Design and ship vault strategies: take a strategy from thesis and design doc through implementation, simulation, deployment, and live operation — RWAs, leveraged lending, yield aggregation, cross-protocol allocation, perpetuals, prediction markets, and new product types we haven't built yet.
• Optimize strategies: signals research, execution optimization, gas-aware rebalancing across tokens and chains, liquidity and duration management.
• Run protocol and asset due diligence: evaluate new protocols, collateral assets, and chains for inclusion in strategies — solvency mechanics, oracle design, redemption paths, liquidity depth, and more.
• Own risk parameters: supply caps, LLTV settings, concentration limits, VaR-based exposure models, and automated de-risking logic that pulls positions when conditions deteriorate.
• Integrate new protocols and chains: build and validate adapters for lending markets, DEX aggregators, and bridges; verify strategy behavior against forked-chain simulation before capital touches it.
• Monitor what you build: extend our risk-monitoring and alerting systems, define the conditions that page someone, and participate in the on-call rotation for the strategies you own.
• Support launches and clients: partner with growth, capital markets, and client teams on new vault and strategy launches.

Quant Developer

Associate

• Originate institutional borrow demand across collateralized lending, trading and hedging strategies, structured credit, and liquidity products — from prime brokerages, trading firms, and asset-backed lending partners.
• Build the borrower pipeline across three segments: (1) unique-market-access counterparties (e.g. RWAs); (2) committed-supply-at-scale borrowers (market makers, OTC desks, trading desks); (3) KYC-gated counterparties (regulated borrowers who cannot legally use open pools).
• Structure and close term sheets — negotiate rate, term, size, and collateral; coordinate KYC, gating, and onboarding through to close.
• Maintain the book you originate. Long-term relationship maintenance, renewal, and expansion are owned by Capital Markets.
• Operationalize and document the first on-chain borrow products (starting with our current pilot) so the process is repeatable as deal volume grows, and manage inbound interest as we execute more deals.
• Work cross-functionally with Credit Risk, Strategy & Growth, Product, and Engineering on operational integration
• Contribute to credit terms guidance (what we offer, minimum rate, maximum term) set with Credit Risk.

Capital Market Associate

Accounting Manager

• Own and drive the monthly close process and reporting timeline
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and prepaids
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial statements
• Maintain supporting schedules and audit-ready documentation
• Assist with complex accounting analyses and technical accounting matters
• Collaborate with the Accounting Lead on period-end digital asset accounting activities
• Support accounting for on-chain transactions, wallets, and crypto-related operations
• Oversee revenue accounting and revenue recognition schedules
• Manage accounting for operating expenses and vendor activity
• Review AP, AR, and employee expense workflows
• Collaborate with the Controller on complex accounting transactions

• Partner with the Accounting Lead on crypto-related accounting analyses and reporting
