About the role
- Manage a portfolio of 30+ member relationships
- Provide advisory services to CIOs at least monthly, utilizing Gartner's expertise, tools, and resources to deliver actionable and objective insights
- Evaluate members' Mission Critical Priorities (MCPs) and develop tailored service plans
- Conduct on-site and virtual briefings, including workshops, research analyst visits, roundtables and webinars
- Present or facilitate at Gartner events where relevant
- Build partnership with Sales organization and collaborate to ensure member engagement and renewal of ExP business
Requirements
- Experience in the Public Sector, either as an employee or by providing third-party services to organizations within this industry
- 15+ years of progressive experience in technology, particularly in consulting or C-level positions
- Experience covering AI, Data & Analytics, Cloud, Hyperautomation, Digital Experience Platforms, Superapps, Digital Twin technologies
- Proven track record of leading or co-leading large, critical programs, preferably in digital transformation
- Experience managing end-to-end transformative initiatives
- Extensive knowledge of CIO priorities and IT-applied disciplines: leadership, strategy, governance, performance management (metrics, OKR), financial management, talent management, sourcing, procurement and vendor management, IT operations model
- Understanding of how Gartner services can address CIO challenges is highly desirable
