About the role
- Lead the rhythm of the business function for Zillow Home Loans and manage business performance
- Own and lead business performance review meetings with senior leaders (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Lead strategic deep dives to diagnose funnel trends and identify revenue and conversion levers
- Drive delivery of strategic projects as part of the quarterly OKR process
- Manage delivery against quarterly OKRs across product, engineering, ops, and sales
- Track projects, timelines and commitments on internal projects and top deliverables
- Lead high-impact special projects to grow and optimize Zillow’s Digital and Premier Agent channels
- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to solve scaling initiatives and incubate programs
- Build and lead a high-performing team fostering collaboration, continuous improvement and accountability
- Report directly to the VP of Business Strategy & Operations
- Role categorized as Remote for U.S. employees
Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant experience (startups, fintech, investment banking, management consulting preferred)
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Exceptional business acumen and data orientation with experience owning a P&L
- Direct experience across Strategy, Operations, Marketing, Product Management
- Data-driven problem solver with strong proficiency in Excel and/or SQL
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams across strategy, analytics, product and operations
- Strong program management skills with end-to-end execution experience
- First-principles thinker with ability to question processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication and strong executive presence
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and execute with minimal guidance
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
