General Counsel

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of agreements, including MSAs, business associate agreements, vendor agreements, data use agreements, partnership agreements, NDAs, and employment-related agreements
• Working closely and collaboratively with other business functions and providing guidance and practical advice related to product development and features, internal operations and policies, and day-to-day issues and challenges impacting the company and our clients
• Supporting compliance with data and privacy-related laws and other relevant regulations by developing an understanding of applicable requirements and communicating those requirements and the related risks to business stakeholders in a practical, digestible way
• Liaising with external counsel, auditors, and other service providers
• Managing existing legal processes and operations and helping to develop new processes as the company continues to scale

Senior Legal Counsel

Marketing

• Build a strong product marketing core: Design, build, and evolve messaging and positioning frameworks; Utilize prospect/customer/industry feedback, data, and analytics to guide messaging and content decisions; Ensure messaging and content is on-brand and optimized for channels and audiences.
• Build a best-in-class motion from product to go-to-market: Partner with product team to provide market view, craft and manage go-to-market process, enable external-facing teams with toolkits.
• Build and manage a high-performing team: Lead and inspire product marketers, content creators, editors, and strategists; Establish accountability frameworks; Create and maintain frameworks for measuring and delivering success.
• Be a strong cross-functional partner: Optimize go-to-market teams by analyzing revenue process, partner with product team on personas and features, enable customer-facing teams, foster customer relationships and produce customer reference material, create industry knowledge center of excellence.

VP, Product, Customer, and Lifecycle Marketing

Events

• Support the development of the event strategy and calendar
• Plan and execute events in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners, with exceptional production quality
• Define agendas and programming for events
• Identify and curate keynote speakers, panelists, and special guests
• Define and track KPIs and success metrics for all events to support the continuous improvement of Garner’s event strategy

• Protect member privacy and maintain compliance with HIPAA and data security protocols

Bilingual Customer Service Representative, English/Spanish

Data Scientist

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team responsible for the end-to-end implementation and ongoing maintenance of data feeds from carriers, TPAs, PBMs, and benefits administration systems
• Develop and scale the operational processes for data and network configuration, driving improvements in efficiency, quality, and timeliness to support Garner’s growth
• Act as the senior leader for the data implementations function, serving as a point of escalation and representing the team in strategic meetings with key clients and partners
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success leadership to drive strategic projects, improve tooling, and ensure the implementation process scales effectively

Director

We are seeking an Account-Based Marketing Director to join our team and lead our account-based planning and execution. This role is instrumental in bringing together our Demand Generation, Business Development, and Sales teams to orchestrate sophisticated go-to-market motions to key personas within our enterprise segment. This role reports to the VP of Demand Generation. This position is fully remote. Own campaign design and execution, and collaborate on target account selection, driving measurable progress with key buyers. Innovate on content and media ideas to attract the attention of key personas and partner with content creation collaborators to ensure a high level of quality and relevance in our offers and content. Own the key workflows and technology tools, and continually improve our account-based motions. Define ABM success metrics and partner with Revenue Operations to refine our attribution model and demonstrate the impact of our ABM campaigns.
