About the role

  • We are seeking an Account-Based Marketing Director to join our team and lead our account-based planning and execution. This role is instrumental in bringing together our Demand Generation, Business Development, and Sales teams to orchestrate sophisticated go-to-market motions to key personas within our enterprise segment. This role reports to the VP of Demand Generation. This position is fully remote. Own campaign design and execution, and collaborate on target account selection, driving measurable progress with key buyers. Innovate on content and media ideas to attract the attention of key personas and partner with content creation collaborators to ensure a high level of quality and relevance in our offers and content. Own the key workflows and technology tools, and continually improve our account-based motions. Define ABM success metrics and partner with Revenue Operations to refine our attribution model and demonstrate the impact of our ABM campaigns.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a B2B-focused revenue marketing role; 3+ years of experience building complex, account-based go-to-market motions, preferably into CHRO and CFO buying groups; A solid grasp of modern account-based technology, with a strong opinion on when and where to leverage AI to maximize efficiency while optimizing for buyer experience; A thorough understanding of ABM and demand funnel metrics, and best practices for improving efficiency across the entire buyer lifecycle.
