About the role

  • Execute influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish: discovery, outreach, negotiation, go-live monitoring, and deliverables
  • Identify project needs, build workback schedules, and create SOWs
  • Work with data team for creator recommendations and campaign pitch decks
  • Ideate creative concepts and research products and markets
  • Approve strategy and set clear expectations with customers
  • Project manage campaign execution: contract creators, ensure deliverables, update Google Sheets, complete processes
  • Ensure creators go live on time and fulfill requirements (stream time, assets, social copy, talking points)
  • Collect and analyze end-of-campaign analytics and build EOC reports and post-mortems
  • Sync with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, data, developers, solutions engineers) and customers; remove roadblocks
  • Recruit and organize communications with influencers; maintain agency phonebook and influencer dashboard
  • Provide product feedback, flag bugs, and collaborate on collateral or automation
  • Take responsibility for campaign outcomes and maintain strong understanding of creator community

Requirements

  • Familiarity with and love of video games, the gaming industry, and content creation
  • Deep understanding of the Twitch/Twitter/YouTube/TikTok gaming space, their trends, and their influencers
  • Experience in a customer-facing role and/or at a game development studio
  • Excellent communication and accountability
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and juggle multiple responsibilities
  • Desire to grow, improve, innovate, and iterate on skills, processes, systems, and product
  • Willingness to set boundaries and manage realistic deadlines & expectations
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Solution-oriented mindset and resourcefulness
  • Eager to learn and pioneer in a new space
  • Nice to haves: previous experience in campaign management, video game brand management, creative activations, and/or influencer marketing
  • Nice to haves: active social media presence (Discord, Twitch or TikTok)
  • Nice to haves: fluent in multiple languages
  • Work authorization: Only candidates eligible to work in the United States will be considered for full-time employment
