• Build and expand our network of external installation partners (primarily plumbing, heating and HVAC contractors in the heat pump sector)
• Onboard new partner companies: training, process implementation, quality assurance
• Weekly deployment scheduling in close coordination with partner companies – including coordination of resources, appointments and project priorities
• Ongoing support for partner teams: primary contact for operational questions, technical interface, coordinator for open issues
• Organize and facilitate regular meetings on invoicing, capacity planning and quality feedback
• Develop growth strategies with existing partners: increase team sizes, optimize internal processes, improve collaboration
• Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Engineering, Operations, Customer Service) to ensure smooth execution of installations
• Use digital tools (e.g., Airtable, CRM systems) to document all information and progress transparently and efficiently

Procurement

• Operational order and purchase management: Responsible for timely issuing of purchase orders for production materials and traded goods.
• Continuous monitoring of all open orders and ensuring material availability for our production lines.
• Development and maintenance of a scalable overview (dashboarding/reporting) of all orders to provide transparency on delivery status and backlogs at all times.
• Supplier management & escalation: Close coordination with suppliers regarding prices, delivery dates and quantity availability.
• Active shortage management and escalation control: You identify bottlenecks early, enforce commitments and find solutions for delivery delays.
• Evaluation of supplier performance regarding on-time delivery, quality and flexibility.
• Process optimization & interfaces: Analysis of existing procurement processes and identification of weak points.
• Close collaboration with production planning, warehouse and strategic purchasing to optimize inventory and avoid out-of-stock situations.
• Review of order confirmations for discrepancies and resolution of invoice variances.

Procurement Manager – Buyer

• Independently plan, manage and oversee projects in the field of heat pump systems
• Optimize and implement efficient processes to ensure smooth project execution
• Coordinate internal and external communication with technical departments, installers, suppliers and customers
• Maintain and further develop a standardized backend for transparent tracking of project progress
• Use modern CRM systems to streamline customer processes and project execution
• Responsible for material procurement, verification of delivery scopes and scheduling appointments with customers and installers
• Onboard new installers and support product management to ensure the highest quality standards

Project Manager, Heat Pump Installation

Sales

• Initial telephone outreach to prospects and qualification of incoming leads
• Identify customer needs and present our product/service portfolio in short, focused conversations
• Schedule appointments for qualified leads with our field sales representatives
• Maintain all relevant information in the CRM system
• Close collaboration with the sales team and continuous feedback to optimize the sales process
• Contribute to the development and improvement of call scripts

Sales Assistant

• Create, maintain and continuously develop training materials, technical guides and checklists for external plumbing, heating and HVAC installation partners
• Document all relevant installation processes — practical, standardized and easy to understand
• Use and, where appropriate, further develop a modern digital tool to train partner companies efficiently (e‑learning, onboarding platforms, video formats, etc.)
• Deliver technical training (remote and on-site) for new teams and provide refresher training for existing contractors
• Perform quality inspections of completed installations based on technical criteria — including on-site checks when required
• Prepare qualitative feedback on installations for the respective partner teams
• Feed these findings back into the training processes to drive continuous improvement
• Work closely with Operations, Key Account Management and the Technical team to further develop our standards

Quality Manager, Heat Pump Installations

Operations

• Support the project and operations team in planning, implementing and following up on ongoing projects
• Create and maintain project plans, checklists and documentation
• Assist in coordinating external partner companies (e.g., HVAC/plumbing companies, logistics partners)
• Support preparation for installations (scheduling, material status, technical documentation)
• Conduct research tasks, analyze data (e.g., Excel, Airtable) and prepare presentations
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools
