About the role
- Initial telephone outreach to prospects and qualification of incoming leads
- Identify customer needs and present our product/service portfolio in short, focused conversations
- Schedule appointments for qualified leads with our field sales representatives
- Maintain all relevant information in the CRM system
- Close collaboration with the sales team and continuous feedback to optimize the sales process
- Contribute to the development and improvement of call scripts
Requirements
- Experience in telephone customer outreach, e.g., in inside sales, telesales, sales, or lead generation
- Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and enjoyment in engaging and winning over customers
- Structured, goal-oriented, and reliable working style
- Confident use of CRM systems and digital tools
- Fluent German, spoken and written (C2 level)
