About the role
- Build and expand our network of external installation partners (primarily plumbing, heating and HVAC contractors in the heat pump sector)
- Onboard new partner companies: training, process implementation, quality assurance
- Weekly deployment scheduling in close coordination with partner companies – including coordination of resources, appointments and project priorities
- Ongoing support for partner teams: primary contact for operational questions, technical interface, coordinator for open issues
- Organize and facilitate regular meetings on invoicing, capacity planning and quality feedback
- Develop growth strategies with existing partners: increase team sizes, optimize internal processes, improve collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Engineering, Operations, Customer Service) to ensure smooth execution of installations
- Use digital tools (e.g., Airtable, CRM systems) to document all information and progress transparently and efficiently
Requirements
- Degree or substantial professional experience in a relevant field (e.g., industrial engineering, business administration, technical coordination)
- Experience working with external service providers or trade partners, ideally in plumbing/HVAC (SHK), energy or building services engineering
- Strong organizational skills, assertiveness and excellent communication sensibility
- Confident handling of digital tools and processes
- Strong understanding of operational workflows and business-oriented thinking
- Excellent German skills (C2); Eastern European languages are a plus
