About the role
- Independently plan, manage and oversee projects in the field of heat pump systems
- Optimize and implement efficient processes to ensure smooth project execution
- Coordinate internal and external communication with technical departments, installers, suppliers and customers
- Maintain and further develop a standardized backend for transparent tracking of project progress
- Use modern CRM systems to streamline customer processes and project execution
- Responsible for material procurement, verification of delivery scopes and scheduling appointments with customers and installers
- Onboard new installers and support product management to ensure the highest quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or alternatively vocational training as an HVAC/plant mechanic (Anlagenmechaniker SHK) with further technician qualification or equivalent professional experience
- At least 2 years of experience in project management, ideally in heat pumps or comparable technical projects
- Proficient with common software and project management tools
- Fluent German (minimum C1) and business‑proficient English (B2–C1)
