About the role
- We're looking for an experienced and driven Marketing Operations Manager to help our go-to-market team grow qualified pipeline.
This role will be responsible for building a cutting-edge tech stack, architecting our lead lifecycle, monitoring key business KPIs with reports and dashboards, and assisting with campaign execution.
Reporting to the Head of Growth, you’ll work closely with all Marketing and Sales leaders and our GTM Engineer(s).
Main Responsibilities:
Build our go-to-market tech stack: Build and manage a cutting-edge tech stack to support prospecting, lead nurture (including PLG leads), and attribution. Go beyond CRM and marketing automation to incorporate LLMs and AI-powered orchestration.
Oversee the lead lifecycle: Work with Sales Development to rack, enrich, and score quality leads
Surface insights: Empower stakeholders with reports and dashboards to track KPIs and inform go-to-market strategy
Enforce database hygiene: Maintain a clean CRM database while ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations
Manage vendor relationships: Negotiated tech vendor contracts, manage to a budget, and track contracts for proactive renewal negotiations
Enable Marketing and Sales: Help execute impactful cross-functional campaigns, working with our field marketers and content/campaigns team
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in marketing or sales operations
Demonstrated ability to track, measure, and report on funnel metrics
Proven capacity to build to implement modern marketing tools, including custom integrations with webhooks and APIs
Hands-on experience prioritizing gaps in a tech stack and evaluating/selecting vendors
Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate cross-functional efforts
Expert with HubSpot as a marketing automation platform and CRM
