People Operations

• Own the technical infrastructure of our HR function, including HRIS administration, data integrity, and systems optimization across the complete employee lifecycle
• Design and continuously improve repeatable People Operations workflows, identifying bottlenecks, eliminating manual work, and documenting durable processes through SOPs, checklists, and decision guides
• Manage end-to-end resolution of People requests in Jira, treating each ticket as an opportunity to strengthen operational processes and improve employee experience
• Drive proactive data reconciliation and audit processes, catching discrepancies before they impact employees, payroll, or compliance requirements
• Lead multiple concurrent People Operations projects and initiatives, delivering accurate outcomes on time while managing dependencies and risk across HR, Credentialing, and Recruiting operations
• Serve as the strategic partner for stakeholders across the organization, translating complex HR processes into clear business context and identifying how organizational changes impact systems and data
• Build preventive controls and edge case handling into processes, anticipating potential failures before they occur and creating scalable solutions that grow with the company
• Provide data reporting and analytics that go beyond basic requests—identifying trends, surfacing insights, and flagging anomalies that inform People strategy
