About the role

  • Report to the CEO and lead a small marketing team to drive revenue strategy and optimize the full marketing funnel
  • Manage media, Field Marketing, and conversion efforts targeting families across ~75–100 parent-pay camp locations with annual launch and promotion plans
  • Drive acquisition through full-funnel strategies: performance marketing, zero-click content, social engagement, audience-building, and owned channels
  • Build brand distinctiveness and salience via content, engagement, and community presence
  • Deploy customer and market intelligence to inform new-site acquisition, growth planning, and local tactics
  • Own website content and performance (lead gen and enrollment) across B2C and B2B business lines
  • Manage all critical customer communications including engagement, program logistics, and renewal
  • Support growth of Galileo X (B2B) offering full-service summer enrichment and curriculum licensing
  • Lead Marketing (~3–4), Revenue/Enrollment (~2–3 + seasonal) teams and manage external agencies
  • Define and manage KPIs; contribute to executive leadership, influence strategy, culture, and staff development

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership in B2C marketing roles
  • At least 3 years at the Senior Director level or higher, with experience managing both teams and external agencies
  • Proven track record of leading full-funnel marketing in a dynamic, high-growth environment
  • Expertise in acquisition, conversion optimization, and customer journey management
  • Strong analytical background with experience building and using KPIs to drive decision-making
  • Demonstrated success in brand-building, content strategy, and community engagement
  • Familiarity and experience with multi-site and highly seasonal marketing tactics a plus
  • Experience marketing education, travel, or other family and kid-related services a plus
