About the role

  • Support the Account Management Team – Assist Account Directors/Managers in day-to-day management of enterprise-level customers and multiple cross-channel digital strategies
  • Team collaboration with delivery teams (Paid Search, SEO, Links, Content, Digital PR, CRO, Social Media, Creative, Data & Analytics) to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns
  • Manage client relationships: liaise with clients, provide progress updates, arrange meetings, and proactively support clients
  • Performance analysis & reporting: analyse and interpret campaign data to support client reporting, showcase impact, identify trends and opportunities
  • Create and manage campaign outputs using established project management tools
  • Ensure tasks are delivered on time and on budget and uphold high standards from brief to delivery
  • Set up schedules for client meetings, reporting, and routine communications
  • Provide proactive communication and timely responses to client queries or issues
  • Translate client requests into clear briefs for internal teams
  • Support creation and review of client reports and meeting presentations
  • Conduct quality control for all client-facing outputs
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services
  • Build and maintain knowledge of vertical markets relevant to clients
  • Ensure customer details, budgets, scheduling, and other information are accurate and up to date in Productive and HubSpot; log all quotes accurately in Productive
  • Understand features and benefits of GAIN Performance products and services; maintain proficiency in key analytical and market intelligence tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and stay up-to-date with industry knowledge

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of digital marketing services with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a digital marketing agency environment
  • Well organised with proven ability to multi-task
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Good client management skills, with a proactive and professional character to build rapport with clients
  • Experience working as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and other analytics platforms
  • Remote role, based in the Philippines
  • Minimum 40 hours/week
  • Must maintain at least 6 hours/day overlap with UK Time
