About the role

  • As a Business Director at GAIN, you will be the primary contact and operational lead for a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients.
  • Deliver impactful digital marketing campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, and SEO.
  • Lead new business development for Link Building, Digital PR, and SEO including pitches and Statements of Work.
  • Manage onboarding process for new clients and act as liaison between SEO, sales, and link-building teams.
  • Maintain and manage HubSpot and prepare data for internal and group-level reporting.
  • Manage client budgets, monitor performance, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead preparation and delivery of performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Support sales and pitching processes and share campaign learnings with the wider team.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and tools.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a digital account management role (agency experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to lead strategy discussions and performance reviews.
  • Experience managing large clients and multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Strong working knowledge of digital marketing services, including Paid Search, Paid Social, and SEO.
  • Proficient in key industry tools such as GA4, Google Ads, and Meta.
  • Confident managing budgets and commercial performance.
  • Skilled in client communication, reporting, and presentations.
  • Right to work in the UK and must not require sponsorship.
