About the role
- As a Business Director at GAIN, you will be the primary contact and operational lead for a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients.
- Deliver impactful digital marketing campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, and SEO.
- Lead new business development for Link Building, Digital PR, and SEO including pitches and Statements of Work.
- Manage onboarding process for new clients and act as liaison between SEO, sales, and link-building teams.
- Maintain and manage HubSpot and prepare data for internal and group-level reporting.
- Manage client budgets, monitor performance, and identify growth opportunities.
- Lead preparation and delivery of performance reports with actionable insights.
- Support sales and pitching processes and share campaign learnings with the wider team.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and tools.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a digital account management role (agency experience preferred).
- Proven ability to lead strategy discussions and performance reviews.
- Experience managing large clients and multiple senior stakeholders.
- Strong working knowledge of digital marketing services, including Paid Search, Paid Social, and SEO.
- Proficient in key industry tools such as GA4, Google Ads, and Meta.
- Confident managing budgets and commercial performance.
- Skilled in client communication, reporting, and presentations.
- Right to work in the UK and must not require sponsorship.
