Lead collaboration with clients, brokers, and providers throughout the project lifecycle
Collect and document client requirements and translate them into clear solution designs
Work closely with technical colleagues to ensure solutions are feasible and aligned with client goals

Ensure an excellent user experience for both employees and administrators

Support product development and contribute to internal solution best practices

Share insights about technical benefit setups and integrations
Help improve and standardize internal implementation processes
Stay up to date on global benefits trends and bring that knowledge to the team

Requirements
Strong working proficiency in English and German
Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in a project delivery or consulting environment
Proven track record managing multiple projects at once
Familiarity with systems integration (HR or Payroll systems is a plus)
A natural problem solver who challenges the status quo and drives improvements
Great communicator — able to simplify complex concepts for any audience
A collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments
Desirable:
Experience implementing large complex multi-national client-facing technology projects
