About the role
- As Ranking Product Specialist, you will support Account Managers and interact with clients to drive organic ranking goals.
- You will provide strategic oversight of implementation plans to achieve client goals and contribute to product revenue growth through upsell opportunities.
- You will perform proactive assessments of overall ranking performance for individual clients and address client concerns via reactive SEO work.
- You will ensure a seamless onboarding experience and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings.
- You will report to the Director of Ranking Product Specialist and help anchor success for Scorpion and its clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in client-facing roles, within an SEO environment
- Strong understanding of organic ranking strategies and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party SEO platforms.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the capacity to oversee and create complex plans on time.
- Experience with upselling and revenue growth strategies is a plus.
