Full-stack Engineer

• Build and maintain reliable, high-quality integrations between G-P's platform and third-party HRIS systems (ADP, Workday, etc.).

Software Engineer II

Payroll

• Manage day to day activities of multi country payrolls for the EMEA region (Spain, Italy, Germany) including regular and off cycle approvals and issues management.
• Participate actively in the completion of global payroll processes and streamline payroll processes to be on one singular platform.
• Work closely with the Payroll team, HR, Operations, and Finance to collect and review payroll data inputs for assigned country payrolls.
• Compile, Review & reconcile payroll input from G-P internal stakeholders and systems (GPP, Nova 2.0, Workday, ZoHo, ZenDesk, HR/Benefits Teams) & upload payroll inputs to our local service providers per agreed timelines utilizing the global aggregators, PayZaar, ADP Celergo and/or ADP WFN

• Manage end-to-end international expense management processes.
• Review LATAM Country expenses as per the local tax laws and address any employee / customer queries and resolving concerns
• Act as the main point of contact for expense inquiries, interacting directly with global customers, employees, and local service providers.
