Sales Executive
G-POutbound Sales Executive building relationships with C-Level executives to drive global hiring solutions for SaaS company. Targeting high-potential companies and engaging key stakeholders across EMEA.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify, research, and map high-potential companies and key decision-makers across the EMEA region utilizing Cognism, LinkedIn, news feeds, online databases, and AI-powered prospecting tools to build high-quality target lists.
- Proactively initiate contact with prospects through cold calling, tailored email campaigns, and social selling to build a robust pipeline from scratch.
- Engage C-level executives and key stakeholders, building strong relationships by deeply understanding their business model, international hiring needs, and operational challenges.
- Educate prospects on the strategic opportunities and financial benefits of our global hiring solution, tailoring the pitch to their specific pain points.
- Draft and follow up on commercial proposals, navigate complex objections, and drive the sales process forward to close deals against a quarterly sales target.
- Maintain high-quality data and detailed interaction logs in Salesforce, while using revenue intelligence platforms like Gong and Clari to optimize your sales cycle and forecasting.
- Constantly stay ahead of industry-related developments, regulatory shifts in global employment, and maintain a sharp, entrepreneurial drive.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business, finance, or international relations discipline.
- 2–4 years’ experience in a dedicated outbound/hunting sales role, with a proven track record of meeting quotas and successfully selling to C-Level executives.
- Demonstrated proficiency in modern outbound sales strategies, including multi-channel sequence building, advanced cold calling, and high-conversion social selling techniques.
- Experience in global operations, international HR/payroll, or a B2B SaaS product with a financial focus is a strong plus.
- Structured training in established outbound sales methodologies.
- International work/travel experience or a background working in a fast-paced startup environment is a distinct advantage.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with professional fluency in English (additional EMEA languages are a plus).
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Clari, Gong, and Cognism is preferred. Experience leveraging AI tools for lead generation, message personalization, or workflow automation is highly valued.
- Exceptional resilience, advanced objection-handling skills, and the ability to build trust quickly over the phone and video.
