About the role

  • Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for the Global Payroll platform and develop a long-term roadmap
  • Become the subject matter expert for the domain by understanding functional capabilities, limitations, user scenarios, and business value
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (engineering, sales, customer success, operations, legal) to ensure alignment on product goals
  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results and drive POC completion
  • Lead efforts to enhance platform features that streamline global payroll processes including onboarding, management, and reporting
  • Identify opportunities for automation and integration with third-party tools (like HRIS systems) and champion user-centric development through market research and user testing
  • Ensure the platform remains compliant with evolving labor laws, payroll regulations, and industry standards across multiple jurisdictions
  • Partner with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks and support regulatory requirements
  • Use data and analytics to measure platform performance, track user engagement, and define success metrics (KPIs) related to revenue, adoption, retention, and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with a significant portion at a senior or principal level
  • Demonstrated success in owning a product from ideation to launch, managing both strategic vision and tactical execution
  • Experience ideally within B2B SaaS platforms
  • Strategic and data-driven mindset; strong analytical skills with experience using product data, metrics, and KPIs
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and designers
  • Experience collaborating closely with engineering, sales, customer success, operations, and legal/compliance teams
  • Customer-centric approach with experience in user research, persona development, and user testing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence across departments
  • Background checks required (may include criminal record checks)
