Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for the Global Payroll platform and develop a long-term roadmap
Become the subject matter expert for the domain by understanding functional capabilities, limitations, user scenarios, and business value
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (engineering, sales, customer success, operations, legal) to ensure alignment on product goals
Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results and drive POC completion
Lead efforts to enhance platform features that streamline global payroll processes including onboarding, management, and reporting
Identify opportunities for automation and integration with third-party tools (like HRIS systems) and champion user-centric development through market research and user testing
Ensure the platform remains compliant with evolving labor laws, payroll regulations, and industry standards across multiple jurisdictions
Partner with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks and support regulatory requirements
Use data and analytics to measure platform performance, track user engagement, and define success metrics (KPIs) related to revenue, adoption, retention, and operational efficiency
Requirements
8+ years of experience in product management, with a significant portion at a senior or principal level
Demonstrated success in owning a product from ideation to launch, managing both strategic vision and tactical execution
Experience ideally within B2B SaaS platforms
Strategic and data-driven mindset; strong analytical skills with experience using product data, metrics, and KPIs
Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and designers
Experience collaborating closely with engineering, sales, customer success, operations, and legal/compliance teams
Customer-centric approach with experience in user research, persona development, and user testing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence across departments
