About the role
- Staples eCommerce team delivers customer-centric mobile, desktop, and app experiences to position Staples as a digital selling platform of choice
- The Senior Manager of Product Management drives the product roadmap and development for a set of digital products and sets long-term product vision
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to create a product vision
- Develop and manage product roadmaps for a set of products
- Lead product planning: groom backlog, prioritize, and develop epics and user stories
- Partner with cross-functional business and technology teams to ensure alignment
- Manage a team of product owners through ongoing coaching and development
Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in product management or related field with strong eCommerce focus
- 3+ years of management experience leading product management teams or similar
- (Preferred) Master’s degree in a related field
- (Preferred) Ability to translate business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
- (Preferred) Experience in B2B, supply chain, or office supplies industry
