• Manage daily collateral processes including EOD checks, margin calls, and credit risk oversight.
• Oversee the offshore team’s output, manage exceptions, and ensure process consistency and quality.
• Identify and drive improvements across OTC and Prime Margin workflows.
• Work closely with Technology, Credit Risk, and Operations (onshore and offshore) to resolve issues and enhance efficiency.
• Produce BAU and ad hoc reporting; deep-dive into data to identify trends or risks.
• Free up senior team members by managing operational workloads and supporting global platform initiatives.
• Support steering committee preparation; escalate issues appropriately to manage operational risk.

Financial Crime

• Conduct daily screening of clients and transactions against OFAC, EU, FinCEN, and other regulatory watch lists
• Review and analyze adverse media alerts to identify potential reputational or financial crime risks
• Perform enhanced due diligence (EDD) reviews and support investigations into suspicious activity
• Document findings and maintain detailed, audit-ready records of investigations and case decisions
• Escalate confirmed or potentially suspicious activity in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Support the generation of MIS reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory reporting

AML Analyst

Infrastructure Engineer

• Lead the setup, configuration, and optimisation of databases, including data migration and performance tuning.
• Ensure seamless connectivity between SimCorp and other integrated platforms by establishing and validating network links.
• Deliver on-premise infrastructure components in line with existing environments, maintaining consistency and operational standards.
• Develop and configure interface connections, including:
• SWIFT Alliance: Configure BIC codes, message routing, and associated server environments.
• External banking and client systems (e.g., NT, JPM, SS, and others – around 7 key connections).

• This role focuses on ensuring compliance with key trade and transaction reporting regimes, including SFTR, EMIR, and MiFIR, and will involve a blend of BAU oversight, issue remediation and advisory work on regulatory change projects.
• You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to design, implement and enhance reporting frameworks, data and regulatory expertise to deliver tangible value.
• Review, manage and improve transaction reporting processes to ensure full compliance with regulatory obligations.
• Perform data analysis, reconciliations and exception management to resolve reporting breaks and improve data quality.
• Advise on evolving regulatory requirements (MiFIR, EMIR, SFTR) and their implications for systems and processes.
• Support system enhancements, UAT and reporting solution migrations.
• Partner with client stakeholders, trade repositories and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues.

• Provide day-to-day PMO support across the retail remediation programme, ensuring activities are delivered to agreed timelines.
• Maintain and update programme plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and other governance artefacts.
• Coordinate and support governance forums - preparing packs, scheduling sessions, tracking actions and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Produce high-quality MI and reporting packs to inform senior stakeholders on progress, risks and key decisions.

• I am keen to speak with Paralegals about joining a legal technology firm working closely with an investment banking client based in Central London. This will be an initial 6-month contract with the possibility of being extended upon completion.
• This role will offer a hybrid style of working with 3 days in the office.
• Utilise legal knowledge to support codification of complex agreements, such as ISDA (International Swaps and Derivatives Association) and GMRA (Global Master Repurchase Agreement).
