About the role
- Act as core link between clients and delivery team, managing client relationships.
- Lead onboarding, run onboarding sessions, workshops, and strategy calls.
- Build phased implementation roadmaps (30/90/180 days) aligned with client goals and HubSpot configurations.
- Ensure quality of all deliverables and act as final 'sense check' before client delivery.
- Leverage dashboards, analytics, and insights to optimise funnels, pipelines, and conversion rates.
- Lead and coordinate offshore team to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
- Identify and execute upsell opportunities to grow client accounts and foster long-term partnerships.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing HubSpot for clients in an agency environment.
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset and ability to translate client needs into scalable solutions.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, website builds, PPC, SEO, and content marketing.
- Business acumen and ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.
- Background in agency work and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
