Develop and manage overall regional marketing strategy across a portfolio of 20 to 35 multifamily communities.
Oversee brand implementation and consistency across all marketing channels within the region.
Manage and optimize regional digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website performance.
Collaborate with on-site teams to create and execute property-level marketing plans tailored to each community.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
Develop and manage regional advertising campaigns including paid media (digital and traditional), content development, and social media engagement.
Oversee relationships with external vendors (digital agencies, designers, photographers) ensuring quality deliverables within budget and timelines.
Manage regional marketing budget and report on performance using KPIs and ROI metrics.
Lead regional event marketing strategies including resident engagement events, leasing events, and community outreach.
Provide marketing training and support to on-site leasing and property management teams.
Guide marketing for new residential developments including retail, office, and hospitality components, aligning branding and promotions.
Support business development efforts within the assigned region as directed.
Report to the Director of Community Marketing and collaborate with Regional Vice President, property management teams, corporate marketing, and external vendors.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required.
Minimum of 5+ years of marketing experience in multifamily real estate or a related field.
Proven track record in managing large-scale, regional marketing campaigns (preferably over 10,000 units).
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, email marketing tools).
Experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage) and lead management systems.
Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, PPC, and website management.
Strong leadership and project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
