About the role

  • Serve as primary strategic partner and main point of contact for clients, building and nurturing strong relationships.
  • Oversee execution of digital marketing campaigns (SEO, paid advertising, social media, chat, content) aligning with client objectives.
  • Translate client goals into actionable strategies and position as trusted advisor to drive long-term success and measurable results.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance; provide insights and recommendations covering SEO, PPC, and social media KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding services within existing client accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Director of Marketing, SEO specialists, paid advertising experts, social media managers, and content writers to ensure client success.
  • Manage client budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve campaign objectives and ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ year of professional experience in client-facing account management.
  • Proven track record of upselling and growing client accounts.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships, understand their needs, and deliver results.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to execute client strategies.
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tactics, including SEO, social media, and paid advertising
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a keen understanding of budget constraints and project management
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to foster trust with clients.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing client expectations.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform well under pressure.
  • Eagerness to learn new tools, platforms, and industry best practices.
