About the role
- Serve as primary strategic partner and main point of contact for clients, building and nurturing strong relationships.
- Oversee execution of digital marketing campaigns (SEO, paid advertising, social media, chat, content) aligning with client objectives.
- Translate client goals into actionable strategies and position as trusted advisor to drive long-term success and measurable results.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance; provide insights and recommendations covering SEO, PPC, and social media KPIs.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding services within existing client accounts.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Director of Marketing, SEO specialists, paid advertising experts, social media managers, and content writers to ensure client success.
- Manage client budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve campaign objectives and ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ year of professional experience in client-facing account management.
- Proven track record of upselling and growing client accounts.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships, understand their needs, and deliver results.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to execute client strategies.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tactics, including SEO, social media, and paid advertising
- Excellent attention to detail, with a keen understanding of budget constraints and project management
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to foster trust with clients.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing client expectations.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform well under pressure.
- Eagerness to learn new tools, platforms, and industry best practices.
