• Work closely with Account Strategists to understand client requirements and design HubSpot solutions that genuinely fit the brief
• Build and configure solutions across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub, including workflows, automations, integrations, and CRM setup
• Quality-assure your own work before presenting it, making sure everything functions as intended before it reaches the client
• Jump on client calls as needed to present solutions, walk through builds, and support training and onboarding
• Proactively identify gaps and opportunities in client portals, flagging them internally and where appropriate directly with clients
• Create SOPs, process documentation, and Loom training videos so clients can use and maintain what you have built
• Switch between multiple client projects throughout the day, managing context and priorities without losing accuracy
