• You'll own investigation and resolution of complex technical issues across APIs, integrations, authentication, provisioning, and product behavior.
• You'll guide customers and developers through technical challenges with clear, thoughtful communication across email, chat, and live calls.
• You'll identify root causes, distinguish bugs from configuration or product gaps, and collaborate with Engineering to drive resolutions.
• You'll create high-quality bug reports and provide the technical context that helps Product and Engineering resolve issues efficiently.
• You'll surface recurring customer pain points and partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to improve the product and support experience.

Senior Technical Support Engineer

Designer

• Take briefs (some exciting, some mundane) and find an angle that makes them interesting
• Contribute concepts in brainstorms and creative reviews, not just execute someone else's idea
• Design across formats: social content, internal comms, presentations, campaign assets, event collateral, video explainers, ad hoc requests
• Partner with copywriters, art directors, and other designers as part of a small creative team
• Take direction well, iterate fast, and know when a first idea isn't the right one
• Bring craft and polish to work that could otherwise be forgettable
• Help the studio continue its push for a higher bar for creative quality across everything it touches, even the boring stuff

Research Scientist

• Partner with product trios to deliver timely, decision-ready research that informs product strategy and development.
• Plan and conduct qualitative research, including customer interviews, synthesis, and structured analysis.
• Perform competitive and market research to help teams understand trends, opportunities, and emerging customer needs.
• Design, build, and maintain AI-assisted workflows that improve research operations, including recruitment, synthesis, analysis, and reporting.
• Create reusable research tools, templates, and frameworks that enable product teams to answer common research questions independently.
• Establish quality standards and validation processes that ensure AI-generated outputs are grounded in real evidence and sound research practices.
• Improve how research is captured, shared, and reused across the organization.

• Ensure that Frontify's system infrastructure is cared for, maintained, and improved
• Work closely with the R&D team to investigate and identify the root cause of infrastructure issues

Platform Engineer

• You lead a team of around 20 engineers across backend platform, frontend platform, DevOps, architecture, accessibility, and quality assurance.
• You set the platform technology strategy and own its execution.
• You mentor your engineers and managers, providing support to develop in their roles and careers.
• Reports to the CPO/CPTO and sits on the Product leadership team.
• Jointly set the priorities that determine where the platform invests for real product needs.

• As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the trusted technical problem-solver our customers reach for when something is in their way.
• You'll resolve issues with speed and care across email, chat, and the occasional call — from everyday product questions to hands-on SSO and custom domain setups.
• You'll make sure every customer leaves an interaction feeling looked after, not just closed out.
• You'll help our support system get smarter over time: improving our knowledge base, sharpening what our AI tooling can resolve on its own, and turning recurring problems into permanent fixes.

• As a Technical Project Manager, you'll sit at the intersection of partner delivery and internal operations, helping turn priorities into shipped work that drives Frontify forward.
• You'll split your time between managing the operational delivery of external partner integrations and leading internal technical projects that improve how we work.
• From contracts and onboarding to development tracking, QA, and launch coordination, you'll ensure partner integrations are delivered successfully and on time.
• At the same time, you'll help shape AI-first workflows and strengthen the connections across our internal tool stack to improve efficiency and scale.
