About the role

  • Report directly to the General Manager, South East Asia and be accountable for building relationships and driving monetisation of the Fresha platform
  • Meet KPIs on monetisation and revenue growth by proactively engaging with and educating Partners on the value of Fresha
  • Proactively introduce, educate and convert Partners onto Fresha’s payments solution
  • Optimise listing content and availability competitiveness to maximise marketplace conversions
  • Serve as dedicated advisor for a pool of Partner accounts, assisting their journey to product adoption
  • Advise Partners on suitable product selection and upsell/cross-sell Fresha products
  • Ensure strong Partner Experience through video meetings and effective communication of features and benefits
  • Build internal relationships with Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions and handovers
  • Collaborate with Product teams to provide product feedback for future releases
  • Use consultative sales techniques to understand customer needs and requirements

Requirements

  • 3+ Years experience in effectively delivering commercial outcomes from a previous Account Management role
  • Shown to be commercially motivated with an ability to adapt and achieve targets
  • Proven experience in using and analysing data and reporting effectively to improve commercial outcomes
  • Naturally proactive and inquisitive, with a desire to consistently learn and improve
  • Previous experience in an outbound call environment or a related sales position preferred
  • Excellent and proven written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset
  • True hunter and relationship builder
  • Happy to roll sleeves up and assist the team when required
  • Ability to self-starter with a proactive approach
  • (Added bonus) Fluency or conversational in English, and Bahasa Indonesia
  • (Added bonus) Experience within the beauty and wellness industry
