About the role

  • Report directly to the Account Manager Team Lead
  • Accountable for building relationships and driving monetisation of the Fresha platform
  • Meet key performance indicators on monetisation and revenue growth by proactively engaging with and educating Partners on platform value
  • Proactively introduce, educate and convert Partners onto Fresha’s payments solution
  • Optimise listing content and availability competitiveness on the marketplace to maximise conversions
  • Serve as a dedicated advisor for a pool of Partner accounts and advise on product selection
  • Ensure strong Partner experience through video meetings and effective communication of Fresha features and benefits
  • Build internal relationships with Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth transition and handover of Partners
  • Collaborate with Product teams to provide product feedback and help enhance future releases
  • Use consultative sales techniques to understand needs and upsell/cross-sell the Fresha Platform

Requirements

  • 3+ Years experience in effectively delivering commercial outcomes from a previous Account Management role
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively close deals, negotiate, and convert opportunities
  • Commercially motivated with an ability to adapt and achieve targets
  • Proven experience in using and analysing data and reporting effectively to improve commercial outcomes
  • Naturally proactive and inquisitive, with a desire to consistently learn and improve
  • Previous experience in an outbound call environment or a related sales position preferred (Teleprospecting)
  • Excellent and proven written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset
  • Strong relationship building and hunter mentality
  • Happy to roll sleeves up and assist the team when required (Team Player)
  • Ability to self-start with a proactive approach (Initiative)
  • Greek language proficiency (role titled "Greek Speaking")
  • Added bonus: Fluency in English and Greek
  • Added bonus: Experience within the beauty & wellness industry
