Account Manager

• Own all pre-scopes and go-lives to successfully build, launch, and get our partners live on the platform.
• Drive a 50/50 split between project management (onboarding) and ongoing account management.
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships through regular contact and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with a smaller, curated portfolio of partners.
• Focus heavily on customer success over pure sales; help partners maximize the full value of Fresha, naturally driving monetization and retention.
• Maintain a highly organized, consistent contact strategy across your portfolio to keep partners active and engaged post-onboarding.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from the initial sale through to a successful go-live and beyond.

Associate Account Manager

Business Development Rep

• Consistently achieve sales targets
• Calling key decision-makers using phone, email & social touches with the goal of bringing on new business (in-person meetings as appropriate)
• Present, promote and sell products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners
• Managing the entire sales process from prospecting to close
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with existing/potential partners in order to align our solutions to their needs and business objectives
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience
• Provide feedback about ongoing trends in the industry
• Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads in a timely manner, and document all call outcomes in the CRM
• Serve as a lead point of contact for partners on all commercial activities
