About the role
- Accountable for meeting KPIs on monetisation and revenue growth by engaging and educating Partners on Fresha's value
- Proactively introduce, educate and convert Partners onto Fresha’s payments solution
- Optimise listing content and availability competitiveness on the marketplace to maximise conversions
- Serve as a dedicated advisor to a pool of Partner accounts, assisting with product adoption
- Advise Partners on suitable product selection based on needs and specifications
- Build strong Partner Experience through video meetings and effective communication of Fresha features and benefits
- Build internal relationships with Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth Partner handovers
- Collaborate with Product teams to provide product feedback for future releases
- Use consultative sales techniques to understand customer needs and upsell/cross-sell the Fresha Platform
- Report to the Account Manager Team Lead and work from the Madrid office five days per week
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Account Management or delivering commercial outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to close deals, negotiate, and convert opportunities
- Commercially motivated with ability to adapt and achieve targets
- Proven experience analysing data and reporting to improve commercial outcomes
- Proactive, inquisitive, and willing to consistently learn and improve
- Previous experience in an outbound call or tele-prospecting/sales environment preferred
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Strong relationship-building and hunting skills
- Team player, willing to assist the team when required
- Self-starter with a proactive approach
